The town of Brookline seeks a highly qualified and skilled professional to serve as its first appointed Town Clerk.* Appointed by the Select Board and serving under the direction of the Town Administrator, the Town Clerk is responsible for a wide variety of legal and regulatory processes including, but not limited to, administration of elections, management of official documents and public records, issuance of various licenses and permits, processing of vital statistics, and recording the actions of the Town Meeting.
