Raymond, NH is accepting resumes for the position of Town Manager. The town is seeking a dynamic, articulate, and experienced administrator to manage daily municipal operations with 60+ employees, a $7+ M annual budget, and two municipal collective bargaining units in a full-service community.  The Town Manager reports to and receives policy direction from a five member Board of Selectmen and operates in accordance with NH RSA Chapter 37.
Raymond is seeking a strong leader with a track record of integrity and management with a successful background in service as a Town Manager, or in a similar executive level position in either public service or business administration.  A bachelor’s degree in public/business administration or related field required; master’s degree desirable; and five years of increasingly responsible management experience required.  Experience and knowledge of fiscal management, economic development, and employee/labor relations required.  For a detailed profile of position and more information on what Raymond has to offer as a community, candidates are encouraged to visit http://www.raymondnh.gov.
