The Administrative Assistant provides direct assistance to the Town Manager, the Assistant Town Manager/Finance Director, and Senior Executive Assistant using independent judgment and general knowledge of municipal government. The Administrative Assistant independently supervises the maintenance of confidential, financial, and other records, acts as a liaison to all town departments and outside organizations, transcribes and/or drafts correspondence and other legal and/or confidential documents, and performs all other related work as required by the Town Manager. Preferred qualifications include associate’s degree, five years administrative experience, and experience working in municipal environment.
