Water System Technician

Job Description

The town of Easton is accepting applications for qualified individuals to fill the position of full time Water System Technician, 40 hours per week.

Recommended Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and one to two years of progressively responsible related experience.

Possession of a valid Massachusetts Class B Commercial Drivers License; Massachusetts Public Safety Hoisting License 1B; Massachusetts Drinking Water Supply Facilities License Grade 3 Distribution and Grade 1 Treatment or Grade 3 combined.

This is an hourly paid union position with excellent pay, benefits and municipal pension system. Anticipated hiring range is $34.464 -$38.652 per hour ($71,685.12 –  $80,396.16 if annualized) depending on qualifications. Full career range up to $88,304.32. The successful candidate must provide proof of an acceptable driving record from the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
