The city of Malden is searching for a Transportation Planner under the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development (OSPCD). The overall goal of this position is to plan for an inclusive transportation system that is implemented through tactile installations, regular roadway improvements, and major construction projects. Qualified candidates must be able to work with other departments, constituents, and outside groups/contractors. This position requires a master’s degree in urban planning. Some local travel plus attendance at regular evening meetings will be required.
