The Transportation Project Planner will manage and oversee multi-modal, sustainable transportation infrastructure projects; regional transportation planning processes; and other projects or initiatives as needed. Bachelor’s degree in transportation planning, engineering, or related field with seven years related professional experience required; Master’s degree with five years related experience preferred. Strong understanding of multi-modal transportation planning and design needs in an urban setting. Strong understanding of progressive roadway design elements, and environmental regulations needed. Excellent project management, presentation, computer, writing and analytical skills. Demonstrated experience in managing consultants and overseeing the production of designs and construction documents. $78,385 – $104,068/ year plus excellent benefits package.
