The town of Pepperell seeks candidates for a full-time Treasurer-Collector to manage the town’s Treasury Department. Working under the direction of the Town Administrator, this benefitted, exempt position, manages all town collections and revenues, investments, and disbursal of funds for town obligations.

A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, business management or related field; five years of experience in accounting, banking, and/or general finance or three years of experience in municipal finance; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and ability to be bonded, are required. Certification as a Collector and Treasurer by the Massachusetts Collector/Treasurer Association desired. The salary range is $66,000 – $89,000 and offer will be dependent on qualifications.
