Position: Truck Driver/Laborer, Highway/Sanitation
Grade 2, Step 1 – Grade 2, Step 6

Location: Department of Public Works, 65 Sachem St., Middleborough, MA

Status: Full-time

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Wages: $25.6000 per hour – $29.6774 per hour, Highway/Sanitation Grade 2, Step 1 – Highway/Sanitation Grade 2, Step 6 in accordance with the current Department of Public Works Union Contract (in nine annual steps)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Perform a variety of duties on assigned shift in the Sanitation Department under the general supervision of the Foreperson, and driving and operating a refuse collection truck to preserve and maintain the general cleanliness of the town.
