Job Description

Ipswich seeks qualified candidates for the full-time position of Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations Mechanic.

Salary: $35.46 – $39.23/hour

This is skilled work in the operation of a wastewater treatment plant, pump stations and collection system on an assigned shift. Work involves responsibility for the operation of pumps, compressors, chemical feed mixers, and other appurtenances at the wastewater treatment plant and all pump stations to maintain compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws including, but not limited to; Clean Water Act, National Pollution Discharge Elimination System Permit (NPDES).
