Reporting to the Senior Manager of Zoning and Development, the Project Planner plays an essential role within the division of coordinating and leading zoning review procedures for a variety of project types. Master’s degree in urban planning, real estate, architecture, or related field is preferred plus a minimum of five years professional experience in a position involving implementation of zoning codes, ordinances, or bylaws; a bachelor’s degree in these fields of study with a minimum of seven years of directly relevant experience will also be considered. $78,385 to $104,068 annually and excellent benefits.
