Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
Municipal officials are invited to a free Massachusetts Municipal Lawyers Association webinar on Dec. 17 at noon featuring Ralph Sacramone, executive director of the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission.
Topics that Sacramone will discuss include:
• A new multi-tier ownership application guide
• New Wine and Malt conversion to All Alcohol under Section 12D
• Non-citizens allowed to be license managers and sole proprietors/partnerships
• Prohibition of all non-alcoholic hemp drinks
• Mixed spirits drinks to go with a meal
