The sites for the MMA Annual Meeting & Trade Show — the Hynes Convention Center and the Sheraton Boston Hotel — are located in Boston’s vibrant and historic Back Bay neighborhood, with easy access by public transportation as well as the Massachusetts Turnpike.
Hynes Convention Center

All daytime Annual Meeting programming takes place at the Hynes Convention Center, which is located next to the Prudential Center, adjacent to the Sheraton, and close to the Massachusetts Turnpike (Route 90).

Please note that the MBTA Green Line in the Back Bay area is shut down for repairs during the time of this year’s MMA Annual Meeting.
Coat check
The MMA offers complimentary coat check on the 2nd level of the Hynes, courtesy of the Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Association, the MMA’s nonprofit insurance service.
Sheraton Boston Hotel

The Sheraton is located in Boston’s Back Bay, steps away from world-class restaurants, the Prudential Center Mall and Newbury Street. The hotel is adjacent to the Hynes Convention Center, and Annual Meeting attendees will find it easy to move from one building to the other without the need to step outside.
Evening Annual Meeting events are held at the Sheraton, which is also the preferred overnight accommodation for Annual Meeting attendees.
