Hours: Part-time, 19 hours per week (not eligible for benefits)

Position Description:
The town of Wayland is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Human Resources/ Benefits Coordinator to join our team to support the administration of employee benefits and human resources operations. This position plays a critical role in benefits administration, payroll support, leave administration, and recruitment and retention efforts, while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Recommended Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: One to three years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, certification, and experience.
