Salary Range: $70,552 – $91,290 annually

Definition
Supervisory, administrative and skilled repair work servicing, maintaining and repairing automotive, mechanical and other power equipment of the Department of Public Works; all other related work, as required.
Performs responsible duties following departmental rules, regulations and policies, requiring the ability to plan and perform operations and complete assigned tasks according to prescribed time schedules; unusual situations are referred to the Operations Manager.

Recommended Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience
High school diploma; training in auto mechanics; six years of experience in vehicle and public works equipment repair and maintenance, with two years in a supervisory capacity; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Valid Massachusetts Commercial Driver’s license Massachusetts Hoist License; OSHA 10 hr. certificate
