The city of Leominster is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Assessor in our Assessor’s office. Position is responsible for field inspections of real and personal property, entering and maintaining accurate data, analyzing and inspecting real estate transactions and assisting in determining the fair market value for all properties located within the city. Starting salary is $89,928.
