Anticipated Hiring Range: $ 72,259.20 –  $86,715.20

Full Salary Range: $ 72,259.20 to $101,171.20 annually, depending on qualifications

The Senior Support and Applications Technician bridges end-user support with application administration and serves as the escalation point for complex technical issues. This role supports town systems including Munis, Laserfiche, OpenGov, and Granicus, and works closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain/improve system performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the town’s core business systems and advancing our technology infrastructure. This position serves as the primary resource for enterprise application support and as a Tier-2 technical specialist, helping to ensure reliable, efficient, and user-focused technology services across departments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across departments, and taking ownership of systems and solutions that have a meaningful impact.
