The town of Randolph, VT (pop. 4,800) is recruiting for an experienced public sector manager to serve as its next Town Manager. Randolph is a vibrant, tight-knit community located in the hills of Central Vermont. Randolph is at an inflection point and seeks a Town Manager who can provide strong, steady leadership to define and address community priorities. Growing the tax base, increasing housing opportunities, and delivering public safety services at a reasonable cost are top of mind as the town recruits for its next leader. The hiring committee envisions a capable leader with a collaborative, engaging style; deep knowledge of local government; and the ability to inspire and maintain public confidence for town initiatives.

The Selectboard envisions starting the next Manager with an annual salary between $125,000 and $145,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
