Who is a member?
Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
Government, business, education and community leaders will gather for a timely conversation about the state’s clean energy future during the Massachusetts Clean Energy and Sustainable Economic Development Forum on Monday, Oct. 26, at Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical School in Taunton.
The forum, hosted by the Transatlantic Climate Alliance in partnership with Bristol-Plymouth Regional Technical School, will explore energy affordability, resilience, sustainability, and economic development opportunities across the Commonwealth.
The purpose of the forum is to present a picture of the Massachusetts energy landscape — the challenges and risks in terms of energy affordability, environmental degradation, and human health, but also the opportunity to continue to forge a pathway toward an abundant and sustainable energy future that benefits residents and businesses across the state.
The program will feature perspectives from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center, NextGen Energy, and other leaders, including a student voice from Bristol-Plymouth.
Doors open at 5 p.m., and the forum runs from 5:30 to 7 p.m., followed by optional networking and refreshments from 7 to 8 p.m. The address is 207 Hart St. in Taunton.
Online registration is available. Each attendee should register individually.
