Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
The Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities has posted its draft federal fiscal year 2026 Action Plan for the five formula programs.
The programs are Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA), and Housing Trust Fund (HTF).
The annual plan provides a concise summary of the actions, activities, and specific resources that will be used each year to address the priority needs, and specific goals identified by the FFY2025-2029 Consolidated Plan.
The public comment period is open and will run through May 31.

A public hearing (hybrid virtual/in-person) will be held on May 19 beginning at 10:30 a.m., during which time the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities will receive comments pertaining to the draft plan.
All comments received by the deadline will be considered prior to submitting the plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
