The town of Hamilton is actively seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist for our Treasurer/Collector Office. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for the public, providing essential clerical, AR/AP, and administrative support to the Treasurer/Collector’s Office.

Your responsibilities will include managing daily office operations, updating records, inputting financial data, processing receipts, and assisting with specialized documents within specified deadlines.

We’re looking for individuals who can demonstrate flexibility, prioritize tasks, work independently, maintain detailed records, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

This is a full-time 37.5-hour benefitted position, with an hourly rate determined by a union contract starting at $25.06 per hour.
