The city of Somerville is in search of an ADA Coordinator and Investigator.

The City of Somerville is seeking an ADA Coordinator and Investigator to support compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and ensure equitable access to city programs, services, and employment practices. The role involves coordinating ADA accommodations, conducting investigations related to discrimination and accessibility complaints, advising departments on compliance matters, and helping develop inclusive policies and procedures. The position also includes reviewing accommodation requests, maintaining records, facilitating trainings, and collaborating with employees, residents, and community stakeholders to resolve concerns effectively.

The ideal candidate has experience in civil rights, human resources, investigations, compliance, or disability advocacy, along with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of ADA regulations, employment law, and investigative practices is preferred. Hours: Full-time, City Hall Hours

Salary: $75,000-$78,000
