We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of an Assistant Public Grounds Superintendent within the Department of Public Works. Under the general supervision of the Public Grounds Superintendent, this position organizes and directs maintenance programs and contract projects for redesigning and upgrading the Parks, Cemetery and Forestry Divisions. Manages staff and department operations. Monitors and assesses operations. Supervises and inspects non-office environments. Qualified applicants will have associate’s degree or equivalent plus two years of technical or business school and eight years of related experience, preferably supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience are required. Computer literacy is required. Anticipated salary range: $86,986.
