The town of Harvard seeks an Assistant Town Administrator/HR Director to direct and administer a $6.2 million insurances budget, supporting all HR functions for town personnel (51 FT, 136 PT) and benefits administration for the School Department (193 FT, 75 PT). This position also assists in the planning, analysis, and implementation of town-wide capital projects and initiatives, budget process development, collective bargaining, and supporting volunteer and elected boards and commissions on an expansive variety of operational and administrative issues.

Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration (or equivalent) preferred. Projected hiring range $95,000-$105,000; projected start date early FY25.
