The historic town of Concord invites qualified civil engineering professionals to apply for the position of Assistant Town Engineer. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our community’s infrastructure, managing diverse municipal projects, and providing public service with a collaborative public works department. Candidates must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Position requires equivalent to BS degree in related field plus seven to 10 years’ experience. Valid driver’s license, Professional Engineer registration and ability to obtain Soil Evaluator license is required.
Starting salary range: $97,177.60 to $116,136.23, per year ($46.72 to $55.83 per hour), depending on qualifications. This is a full-time position with a complete benefits package.
