The town of Foxborough is seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented Assistant Treasurer/Collector to join our Finance Team to support the daily operations of the Treasurer/Collector’s Office. This full-time position assists with municipal financial functions including payroll, vendor funding, tax title accounts, reconciliations, cash management, reporting, and customer service. The Assistant Treasurer/Collector also serves as acting Treasurer/Collector in their absence.
Qualified candidates should have an associate degree in business, finance, or a related field (bachelor’s preferred) and at least three years of business experience. Municipal finance and MUNIS experience are preferred. Strong accounting, communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential.
This position offers a starting salary range of $65,130 – $67,787 annually plus an excellent municipal benefits package.
