The Building Services Manager will have primary responsibility for the preventive maintenance of HVAC systems, daily monitoring of the buildings on the city’s building management system and the dispatch of first response to HVAC, elevator, fire suppression, and plumbing calls using in-house and contract resources.

Salary: $97,304-$115,460 annually with benefits.
