Job Description

The town of Andover is seeking to hire a Capital Improvement Program Manager for the Department of Public Works. Under the general direction of the Director of Public Works and the Deputy Director of Public Works – Capital Projects, perform responsible professional, administrative, and technical work related to capital project planning, delivery, and infrastructure asset management for the town. The position exercises substantial independent judgment and discretion in project scoping, budget development, capital forecasting, contract coordination, asset planning, and communication with internal departments, consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and public bodies.

$115,000.00 – $125,000.00
