Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
The Capital Project Manager assists in coordinating a comprehensive program of design, renovation and construction of municipal buildings; performs technical and administrative work in connection with managing, facilitating, and coordinates all aspects of the building process for new design, construction and renovation projects, in cooperation with user agencies and the Building and Other Facilities Planning and Construction Committee (“PCC”). Acts in the place of the Director in their absence.

Education and Experience:
Duties require seven to ten years of relevant professional experience in building design, construction, construction management or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in architecture , engineering, and/or technical degree in a directly related field.
Salary Range: $95,000-$105,000
