The city of Worcester is seeking qualified applicants for a Civil Rights Investigator for the Investigation Division within the Executive Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Under the direction of the Lead Investigator, the position will perform complex investigative enforcement work. The Civil Rights Investigator is responsible for coordinating and conducting administrative investigations with city employees, residents or other individuals related to allegations of employee misconduct. This position performs duties under supportive supervision and is granted moderate latitude to exercise independent judgment and initiative. Additional similar or related responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

SALARY RANGE: $75,199 – $98,283 annually, full-time, exempt, with an excellent benefits package
