Job Description

The town of Winchester seeks qualified applicants for the vacancy of a full-time Civilian Dispatcher position. Under the general supervision of the Chief Civilian Dispatcher you are responsible for receiving and monitoring communications, signals, telephone calls and alarms for Police, Fire, EMS, DPW and other emergency services. Must be trained in the use of the Criminal Justice Information System and pass the required examination. Must also possess and maintain all necessary levels of federal and state training.   Position is 40 hours per week. Salary range is $25.32 to $36.97 per hour.
