The town of Danvers is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Confidential Executive Assistant to support the Town Manager’s Office. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in providing exceptional administrative support. The role includes managing calendars and meetings, preparing Select Board materials, supporting Town Meeting logistics, maintaining records, handling confidential communication, assisting with budgeting and office systems, updating website content, and helping ensure smooth daily operations.

Municipal experience is not required. If you are strong at organizing a busy office, juggling priorities, and offering excellent customer service, you may be a great fit. The Town welcomes candidates with a wide mix of experience, education, volunteer work, and transferable skills. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree, several years of administrative experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, sound judgment, and the ability to manage details accurately. A valid driver’s license is required.
