Job Description

The town of Westborough is seeking applications from energetic, team-oriented individuals for the full-time position of Conservation Director. The position provides technical support to the Conservation Commission and carries out a broad range of land use assignments related to conservation, environmental enforcement and land use management. Attends Conservation Commission meetings and meets with other town boards and committees as needed. This position supervises the Conservation Assistant.

Qualifications: bachelor’s degree and at least three years related experience and/or training. Must have a valid Massachusetts driver’s license. Knowledge of Massachusetts Conservation Law, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Clean Water Act. Annual salary range for this non-union position for FY2027 is $101,896 -$132,695.
