The town of Foxborough is seeking an organized, energetic, and community-focused Council on Aging/Human Services Program Coordinator to support programs, activities, and services offered through the Foxborough Human Services department. This full-time position coordinates programs, trips, outreach, and activities for older adults and the broader community while providing exceptional customer service and public support.
Responsibilities include planning and promoting programs, coordinating schedules and trips, maintaining participation records, processing payments and invoices, assisting with payroll, and preparing communications for newsletters, social media, cable television, newspapers, and the town website.
Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma and experience in customer service, office administration, and program coordination. Experience working with older adults and individuals with varying abilities is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential.
This position offers a starting salary range of $52,234 – $54,290 annually plus an excellent municipal benefits package.
