The town of Dracut is seeking a full‑time Office Manager to join our department of Public Works team. This important role provides wide-ranging administrative, financial, permitting, and customer service support across all DPW divisions. Daily responsibilities include payroll processing, accounts payable support, purchase order and record management, fuel tax reporting, Chapter 90 reimbursement preparation, procurement assistance, permit and bond administration, and coordination of seasonal operations. The Office Manager also serves as a key point of contact for residents, contractors, and other Town departments.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks. A high school diploma is required (Associate degree preferred), along with at least three years of administrative and bookkeeping experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Municipal experience is a plus.
This is a full‑time, 35‑hour/week, non‑exempt SEIU Local 888 position. FY26 pay range: $26.32–$38.98/hour, depending on experience.
