The town of Hopkinton is seeking an experienced public safety dispatcher ready to step into a leadership role overseeing our 24/7 Police and Fire Dispatch Center.

This position oversees daily dispatch operations, supervises full-time and per diem staff, coordinates schedules and certifications, ensures quality assurance, and steps into operations during critical incidents.
