The town of Franklin is seeking a Deputy Town Administrator to serve as the town’s second-in-command and help lead municipal operations, budgeting, strategic initiatives, community engagement, and customer service.
The position acts as chief executive in the Town Administrator’s absence and works closely with elected officials, department heads, residents, and stakeholders.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and five to seven years of progressively responsible municipal or public administration experience.
Salary range: $170,000–$200,000, commensurate with experience.
