The Wachusett Regional Emergency Communications Center is seeking a dynamic Director to lead regional emergency communications operations. This key leadership role oversees strategic planning, finances, staffing, policy development, grants, contracts, and advanced 911 and CAD systems while fostering strong partnerships with member communities. Qualified candidates will have significant experience in emergency communications management, budgeting, and organizational leadership. A bachelor’s degree in public administration, criminal justice, planning, or a related field is preferred.
