The city of Lynn seeks a dynamic, skilled, and community centered human services leader to serve as our Director of Elder Services guiding the continued growth of Lynn’s Senior Center. The Senior Center is in its fourth year of operation and has recently expanded to a second floor. As Director of Elder Services, you’ll be a hands-on, people-first manager overseeing a dedicated team of seven full-time employees. Together, this team will continue to support Lynn’s thriving senior community—residents who come to the center to learn new skills, build connections, share life experiences, and enjoy an ever-expanding array of programs and activities.
This leadership role is part of the Public Health division of the Inspectional Services Dept. and reports directly to the Director of Public Health, while also providing regular reports to the Lynn Council on Aging.
$115,000-$125,000 with benefits including health and retirement.
