The town of Wellesley seeks an innovative, forward-thinking Director of Senior Services (35hrs/week) to support older adults at the Tolles Parson Center (TPC). Ideal for professionals in older adult services, including directors, assistant directors, COA supervisors, and leaders of nonprofit or senior-service organizations.
Responsibilities: Develop/evaluate programs, recommend future activities, foster a vibrant TPC environment, implement policies with the COA Board, manage budgets, apply for grants, and administer operations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in gerontology, social work, human services administration or related field. Management experience, customer service excellence, budgeting skills, strong communication, organization, statistics presentation, and computer skills.
Salary Range: $110,160–$148,716 DOQ.
