Job Description

The town of Pembroke is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Director of Senior Services to lead the daily operations of the department and support the needs of the senior community. This position is responsible for developing and implementing programs, services, events, activities, and facility operations that enhance the well-being of Pembroke’s older adults. Qualified candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least five years of experience in social work, human services, or a related field, or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience working with senior citizens. This is a full-time position, scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a salary range of $80,000 to $92,500, depending on qualifications.
