The Ipswich Electric Light department is looking for an Energy Liaison to join our team and help customers navigate the path toward greater energy efficiency, electrification, and clean energy.

As a trusted member of the ELD team, you’ll help residents and customers turn energy goals into action. You’ll connect people with programs, incentives, financing opportunities, contractors, and resources—making it easier for customers to complete energy projects that save money, improve efficiency, and support a more sustainable future.

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused, community-minded professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, coordinating projects, and making a meaningful impact.

As Energy Liaison, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct difference in the lives of our customers while helping Ipswich advance its energy and sustainability goals.
