Shrewsbury Youth and Family Services (SYFS) seeks an Executive Director with development, donor relationship, and leadership experience. SYFS is a private, non-profit counseling and social services agency seeking a collaborative, strategic, and innovative leader. The ED does not need to be a clinician. SYFS is a well-established and respected organization in central Massachusetts. The ED reports to a nine-member board and is responsible for managing operations, services, and programs. Key roles are developing and sustaining donor relationships, and collaborating with the board to establish and implement a strategic vision.
