Job Description

The town of Wayland is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional to serve as Facilities Business Manager. This position provides critical administrative and business support to the Facilities Department and plays an important role in coordinating the department’s day-to-day administration, including monitoring the department budget, processing accounts payable and receivables, coordinating payroll and attendance, and administering the department’s work order system. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of related experience. This is a full-time 35 hrs/week, on-site position.
