This position requires a thorough understanding of computerized billing, accounts receivable, and financial recordkeeping operations, as well as proficiency with spreadsheet and other computer software applications. General knowledge of departmental rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and applicable purchasing laws is required.
Required Qualifications: Requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or finance with preference for municipal department accounting and budgeting experience. Master’s degree preferred. Strong computer skills and expertise in the use of Microsoft Office suite and municipal financial software packages · Must possess strong reporting and analytical skills
Salary Range: $81,280.68 – $96,376.28
