The town of Lancaster seeks a full-time (40 hours/week) Finance Director/Town Accountant. The position is benefitted and subject to a contract to be negotiated with the Select Board, through the Town Administrator. The anticipated starting salary range is $118,000 to $130,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
