Fleet Technician

Job Description

This role is responsible for performing daily operations, as well as seasonal and annual maintenance tasks for all municipal vehicles and equipment. Maintains municipal vehicles, heavy equipment, passenger vans, emergency response vehicles, small motors, generators, boats and trailers, excluding School Transportation passenger vans and buses. This role supports the maintenance of fire apparatus and equipment. Furthermore, This role implements the work plan associated with special events and actively engages in storm and ice events.
