General Foreman – Forestry, Parks and Cemetery

Job Description

The city of Marlborough department of Public Works is accepting applications for a full-time General Foreman to support the Forestry, Parks and Cemetery division. This is a union position offering competitive wages, and comprehensive municipal benefits, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, holidays, pension, and other union benefits. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all operations involving the maintenance and care of public lands, municipal grounds, recreation areas, the city’s public shade trees, and municipal cemetery grounds, and may assist in the provision of personnel or maintenance work across other divisions and functional areas of the DPW.

Hiring rate is: $4,307.69 bi-weekly.
