The town of Concord is seeking an Employee Development and Engagement Specialist to join our Human Resources team in a role that blends hands-on HR support with a focus on helping employees grow, stay engaged, and do their best work. From supporting day-to-day HR operations to developing training, performance, and engagement initiatives, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the employee experience.
Working collaboratively across departments, you will help strengthen a workforce that delivers high-quality services to the Concord community. Candidates should bring experience in HR operations and employee development or engagement, along with strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Starting salary range: $67,704.00 to $80,912.55 per year ($32.55 to $38.90 per hour), depending on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position with a complete benefits package.
