The Hull Municipal Light Plant (HMLP) is seeking a motivated and experienced Finance/Office Manager to oversee the administration of the HMLP. The Finance/Office Manager is responsible for supervising office staff and overseeing all administrative functions related to financial management, accounting, planning, and analysis in support of the Light Plant Manager and Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with three to five years of experience of municipal accounting with electric utility or public power experience preferred.
This full time position follows a four-day work week schedule, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., offering a healthy work-life balance while maintaining professional challenge and growth.
Salary range is $98,000 – $120,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience, and includes a competitive benefit package.
