Human Resources Director

The town of Wellfleet seeks an Experienced Human Resources Director to provide a high level of support to the town of Wellfleet employees. The position requires an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented self-starter who has an eye for compliance and an aptitude for equity. This position will give the successful candidate a chance to rebuild the HR Department. This position is responsible for the management and administrative work in directing the operations of all town department human resources functions including developing and enforcing policies and procedures; labor relations; recruiting; some benefits management, onboarding and exit interviews, maintaining the new Wage and Classification Plan; and maintaining employee data according to state and federal laws.
